Educational purpose
Mortgage License Roadmap is an educational planning resource. It is not legal advice, licensing advice, an NMLS-approved education course, exam preparation approved by a regulator, or an individual licensing determination. Requirements can change and can vary by state, employer, company type, license type, and applicant history.
No guarantees
Purchase or use does not guarantee licensure, application approval, sponsorship, employment, a passing test result, a particular timeline, leads, closings, compensation, or income. Before acting, verify current requirements with NMLS, the applicable regulator, your employer when relevant, and qualified counsel when needed.
Digital delivery
The purchase includes the files and formats listed on the sales page at the time of purchase. Delivery is electronic through Gumroad. You are responsible for providing a working email address and maintaining access to a device and software that can open the supplied files.
License for personal use
Your purchase gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and use the files for your own personal education and planning. You may print copies for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, publish, sublicense, or use the files to create a competing product or service.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access to downloadable files, purchases are final and non-refundable. If a file is missing, damaged, or inaccessible, contact support so we can resolve the delivery issue. This policy does not limit any rights required by applicable law or Gumroad's platform policies.
Official sources and updates
The product links to official sources and teaches a research method, but it cannot keep a downloaded file synchronized with every later rule or website change. A purchase does not include a promise of future editions, revisions, or personalized updates unless expressly stated in writing.
Intellectual property
The guide, workbook, design, text, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and resources remain the property of their respective owners. References to NMLS, regulators, laws, and public resources do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mortgage License Roadmap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or product. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product, website, or legal requirements change. The terms in effect when an order is placed govern that purchase, except where a later change is required by law.
